I'm sorry, Joanne is a great person but was not a resource for us during our process of selling our home. She had no definitive answers for us when we had questions. Everything was "up to us", "how we felt about it" and "our choice". When we hire a person to assist us with a specific service our expectations are they will guide us with solid, experienced based answers. Again, wonderful person love to have a girls glass of wine with but....
