When I pulled into Olympia I knew this was the area I wanted to be in but the reality was the inventory was scarce and I didn’t have much hope. Let me start by saying that Jodi is a lovely person! She has such a rosy disposition. Unfortunately for us, she neglected to inform us prior to signing that she was having surgery and would be indisposed for 3 to 6 weeks of our selling/buying process. At the time, with the market as hot as it was, 3 to 6 weeks is almost the whole process. She was gracious enough to let us out of the contract as our buying agent so we could start viewing potential houses with a different agent since she was convolessing. Another thing we were not happy about was that she chose not to be at our open house. She seemed to have a hard time getting feedback and we feel if she had been present, she would have known. Unfortunately, things happen at the most unexpected times that cause things to change. When I took the appointment to list the house, I was scheduled for surgery in March 2022. I received a call that someone had canceled their surgery and I accepted. I had no concern that it would interfere with selling the house. As stated, I graciously stepped down from being the buyer's agent because the relationship mattered more than the commission. I found our interaction from signed contract to closing to be a smooth process. As communication is key, I'll work to make sure all concerns are addressed for any future clients.4.0

Jodi worked hard for us in every way. She is extremely supportive, kind, and caring as an agent. As a person, simply a stand up human. She got us a solid price, she helped us appraise where we needed to, she gave us sage counsel on what work needed to be done in order to get the best price, and she gave us a timeline we could work with. She was always available to answer our questions or be at the house for when repairs needed to be done, as we had already moved. On a personal note, she is an ally to our lgbtqia+ family. We will call her as soon as we’re ready to buy again. We absolutely loved working with her!
