Joe was the most committed realtor I have ever dealt with. He was very professional and experienced. He was also extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process and showed he really cared about us and understood our needs. Joe explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and fielded every one of my questions (there were a lot!) with his full attention and patience. This made it really easy to separately both purchase my new home and sell my former home all within about 6 weeks from start to finish. Because of Joe, the process was painless and a breeze. Joe was diligent and worked extremely hard to help us purchase our home. It was a long distance move for us, so he did a lot of legwork without us having to take a long trip back to the city we now reside in for the various tasks associated with buying a new home.
