Joe was always super helpful. He talked us out of one or two potential money pits, calmed our nerves when we were stressed out, and was generally delightful to work with. When we finally found a house, he worked his butt off to make sure things went as smoothly as possible. And believe me when i say that the sellers didn't make anything easy. Joe is the bomb. Joe was fabulous to work with, very responsive, patient, and took the time to get to know us and help us find our perfect home. We spent months looking at homes with Joe and he was always great, willing to look at as many as we needed. I work in healthcare, so a crazy schedule with non-typical work hours and Joe was always willing to get us into a home whether it was 8pm on a Friday night or 9am on a Sunday morning. He never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him, even when I knew we were. Even after the sale when we had electrical issues our first day at the home Joe was able to connect me with an electrician who resolved the issue within 24 hours.
