Had several realtors before Joe Polyak, and he was by far the best to work with and the most helpful. Genuinely had a great experience and he stuck with the search for a lot of months until I was able to successfully get a great property in San Francisco. I always felt I understood each property well with his help and plenty of details to make good decisions. Highly recommended.

Mike Sinitsky came prepared and more knowledgeable than the listing agent hosting an open-house event for the other unit we were looking at. My partner and I were immediately impressed. We were just looking and Mike got us quickly pre-approved and an offer submitted on a property, that closed early, with no hiccups. His team is on it and has great connections with skillful lenders and had a list of contractors ready for us to utilize.

Awesome attitude, always on time, very prompt communication and skilled at his job. He was able to coordinate many tasks from contractors, small fixes and replaces around the house, and even dump runs. I live 3 hours away from the homesale and it was very hard to drive down to the bay area more than once a week, so Joe was very helpful in handing many of the small tasks involved with preparing a home for max sale price. They made many small fixes to the house and really made in shine, attention to detail and presentation that made my house sell for 70k over asking! I am extremely happy with my home sale, is literally went exactly as how me and joe planned when we first met to list the property.

Joe, was excellent. We hooked up with him when he was showing a random property at an open house. He was detailed and followed up on everything we asked. We saw about 50 houses in total and put numerous offers on properties that we did not get but he kept telling us to not be discouraged. Our budget was 850k which is a lot of money normally but in the Bay Area is basically buys a starter house in the area we were searching so things were difficult to come by. He treated us like he would've treated a person with a 3 million dollar budget. I would definitely give him our business again and again.
