Joel was a true PRO all the way through the buying process. I was interested in a property and reached out through realtor. He wasn't even the seller's agent. His sense of urgency was exactly what I look for. Everything I needed he responded to the same day. We had HOA issues and he was able to delicately get the information for the lender to get approved. I could go on and on about the attention to details. But the one point I want to get across is that he was always available, responsive and knowledgable of real estate. He will be my buyer's agent and my seller's agent in the future.
