Joel was very friendly, honest, and very easy to work with. He takes his time to explain everything and make the process smooth and less intimidating. He was there for me and my family on evenings and weekends when we needed him. He still continues to help after closing. He helped with the moving, and also the transfer of utilities after we closed and he's continuing to assist us when we need him
