I felt at all times he was working for us, not himself. While we had a long escrow (due to a short term rental situation) the closing was easy. No major issues at closing. It was our 1st time looking for a vacation home in Central Florida. Since we were only targeting a small area where we previously vacationed, we provided the list of potential properties we would like to check out to John. He reached out introducing himself and helped us better understand how the process works, when it comes to making purchases in Florida. He walked us through every process, answered all of our questions, and followed up closely with the listing agent to make sure all our concerns were addressed timely prior to closing.
