Quick response time, easy to work with, helpful and informative for first time buyers. John was a great agent, never felt any pressure or like he was trying to persuade me in a direction. We looked at a lot of busted up houses because that was my price range, probably saw 7 or 8 before landing the one I'm in now. He was very realistic in regards to my budget and what is or isn't too busted up to reasonably try to fix and make livable. I've had agents before who were obviously quickly sick of me seeing 260k houses and complaining about how the floor is totally sunken in and the house clearly flooded upstairs contrary to whatever report they have claims. I would definitely recommend John for being a reasonable and realistic guy who is just trying to help you out. He listened to my request to not send me listings he think I'd like, which was a first. Usually it's a 24/7 text spam with homes I already looked at online and don't want to see.
