John emigrated with his family from Poland at the age of 8 months old. He graduated from Lewis University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aviation Maintenance Management and a minor in Business Administration in Marketing. He has retained his Polish heritage in his social and business contacts and speaks fluent Polish.
In addition to being a Realtor for over 14 years, John is also a Real Estate Investor. He owns rental properties and buys, renovates, and resells homes. Being a Realtor and Investor has familiarized him with new and existing construction practices. With that experience, he can assess a home's value from its current condition to its improved state.
In this changing market, John has extensively works with buyers, sellers, and investors. He has not only been involved in conventional sales, but is very experienced in buying foreclosures and short sales. Like he does for himself, as a buyer, he will find you the best deal and as a seller, he will get you the most amount of money for your property!
