We were hoping for a quick close and were dissapointed when our mortgage company requested a 2 week extension a few weeks prior to settlement. John jumped into action and got the process back up to speed. We were able to close on time because of Johns efforts. In addition to this, with Johns network of realtors, knowledge, and negotiating skills, we were able to reach a quick agreement with the sellers. He and his team made our home purchase as pain free as it could be. I highly recommend him!

I found John to be rather detached from the whole process of endeavoring to sell our home. I would even say lazy. When he listed our home initially, he neglected to include any of the room sizes...a fact we were unaware of until 3 months into the listing when we had taken the home off the market for the holidays and a rival agent sent us a copy of the listing having no room dimensions. When I informed John of this, he told me to measure the rooms and send him the info. I truly believe he should have done that himself, not ask me to do that. Also, he had only 2 open houses over an 11 month period...2! He didn't think they were helpful. When our outdoor sign broke, it took him over a week to fix it...and another week to replace it when it broke again. This is not good service. I will say... Show More

Even when we had questions after we purchased our home, he was still readily available. I have other friends who have purchased homes and have not had as good of an experience with their real estate agents. If I were to buy or sell a home in the future, I would not hesitate to go back to John as my agent.
