John helped us find our first house, so when it was time to sell we knew we had to work with him again. John is professional and very knowledgeable. He understands the market and what is the best way to get a home ready for sale. He also went above and beyond, personally repairing parts of our home that needed it, including patching garage ceiling holes and fixing the hot water heater valve. He removed old house wire that was left from the previous owner and repaired our HVAC registers which saved us a couple thousand dollars in buyer inspection request repairs. We can’t recommend working with John enough.
