Jon helped us find the perfect house and negotiate the right deal. There are a number of challenges associated with being out of country (Europe) buyers. Jon was there every step of the way to include conducting the final walk-through for us. In addition, we would not be occupying the house for a considerable period. Jon was there to coordinate with our property manager and settle all the final details of the transaction. Jon is the commensurate professional. He is timely, responsive and trustworthy. We have a great deal of confidence in Jon and consider him our real-estate professional as well as our friend.
