Jonah was fantastic and I mean it. Throughout the home buying process, Jonah's team was on the ball. Setting up appointments, changing them, never feeling any pressure for the number or length of viewings, we felt supported and informed. We got good advice from the agents for homes and neighborhoods they knew better than us. The highlight though with Jonah was the offer process. Once we started making offers, Jonah was advocating for my interests, always. Jonah is responsive to questions business hours and beyond. They have a transparent pricing structure which I appreciate. I never felt either pressure or judgement on the offer quality or terms, but was informed of choices I could make. After the offer was accepted, Jonah's team kept us informed, helped with communicating with the sellers and getting repairs done as as we approached closing. We shopped for mortgages and the Redfin team stayed supportive, even though we picked another lender than their own. I will happily recommend both Jonah's team and Redfin for purchases in the Seattle area.
