Jonathan was great to work with! Not only did he make sure he was always available for showings and phone calls, he was always on time and did his homework on the properties/homes. Jonathan never once looked to influence or sway our decision and made sure that we had every opportunity to ask questions and make the best decisions for our family. This would even include distracting our small children so we could tour the homes instead of chasing them around! I truly appreciate Jonathans time, energy, patience, knowledge and desire to help us find our perfect home.

Jonathan is an excellent agent to work with. He found and secured the lot I wanted. This was a new construction home in a brand new subdivision. He attended the first two meetings with the builder to make sure all of my construction questions were answered. He attended the closing and answered all of my questions along the very long process. He gave me a great closing gift the day I moved into my new home. He even helped me move some of my personal belongings. I highly recommend Jonathan if you are buying or selling a home. He sold my home is 2019 and that's why I decided to hire him again in 2024.

Never before have I worked with a Realtor that represented both sides of a transaction. Being a tad synical, I worried that one representing a "Seller's interest" would not be as open to representing my, "buyer's interest". I was wrong! After having a candid discussion of my concerns, Jonathan explained his standpoint and how his objectivity could support BOTH parties' interest in traversing this transaction. While I won't say that I will make a habit of hiring the same RE Agent for both sides of a transaction, I WILL hire Jonathan to represent me on ANY AND ALL sides of a transaction. I couldn't appreciate him more!
