Jonathan is very knowledgeable of the area, and what students might need as they live and work near UofA (he himself is a Wildcat). Jonathan, additionally, has many contacts for any work that might be needed post purchase (which has already helped us enormously)! Not only was Jonathan willing to drive long distances to take us on video tours of homes, but he also looped my parents in and brought them along when needed so they could give their feedback as well. Jonathan was very responsive when it came time to writing offers and he was very much on the ball marshaling us through the closing process. He is personable, professional, and easy to work with. We felt as if we were the ones who did all the legwork in terms of searches, i.e., combing through listings, requesting showings, etc. We had hoped for more help identifying neighborhoods and houses to visit. That said, the Redfin team made sure we got to see houses once we identified them. All in all, Jonathan and team Redfin were a pleasure to work with. We received our 0.5% rebate for selling and buying with Redfin in less than a week after closing.

Jonathan was very positive, very helpful and very competent. If he didn't know something, he found out and gave me a quick response. You can tell he loves what he's doing and that made the whole home search fun...even the paperwork that accompanies the purchase. Jonathan's responses were usually, "absolutely," "of course," "no problem," "oh sure, we can find that out," and "I'd be glad to!" He wants to serve his client, and even went the extra mile for me when a last-minute, complicated closing required someone to pick up a check at one title company and drive it across town to deliver to the other title company.
