Jose was great. He figured out what my house was worth (which was in line with what I was expecting) and got it listed and sold quickly while my tenants were still living there. He was very patient, friendly and respectful in working with them to show the house. The photographs and 3D walkthrough that was included were very clean and professional looking. He got an offer over the asking price after the first open house and went above and beyond to keep the buyers at the table through many head aches and delays in getting the tenants to move out. He checked on the house often and got quotes for things the buyers were asking about like removing the hot tub and adding more garage door remotes.
