Such a great experience, I wish I could have taken him with me to Seattle.
I was extremely nervous in selling my condo mostly because I was leaving the state before the sale would be complete. Joseph made me feel at ease and made everything hassle free. When we first met he was well prepared and had already done his research about my condo and the surrounding area. He already had a great plan in place to sell my condo quickly. I put everything in his hands and let him do his work. Best decision ever. He kept me updated on the progress of the sale and helped move things along since I was out of state. Joseph and his team are great communicators, ethical, and hard working.
