Josh has been extraordinary, going above and beyond for us. He is easy to have difficult conversations with. Our home buying wasn't at all smooth owning to financing blunders from our lender. One solid reason that this actually went through was Josh's help navigating through it all. He was top notch in all areas, never raised an eye brow when we in particular were a buyer who were not in a hurry and took our time. Plus he didn't leave us stranded after we were done. I still ask for advice on home related needs and he helps. We have come to trust his help significantly. Despite having a realtor in the family, we would love to work with josh now and in the future and would recommend him whole heartedly to others.

Few things to mention about Josh 1) He is available 24/7 and very knowledgeable too so you can pick his brian throughout the process at any time . 2) He is very neutral in his opinions when it comes to house visits and calls out pros and cons upfront and gives enough information for us to make the decision 3) and when it comes to offer he has a strong judgement in terms preparing a winning offer ( we got our house for the second try). Final thought- ultimately you as a house buyer need to be prepared to ask dumb questions , you can always start with how and where to buy questions and josh will take it from their , thats what i did too :)
