Josh has been resilient on the selling side of my old Buckhead condo. Although it took a little while longer to close on the property, he made sure to follow-up with the Buyer's agent and lender every week to ensure that we would be able to close on the property at a particular date in time.

Josh was fantastic to work with. As first-time home buyers the process was a little intimidating! We are SO grateful that we had Josh. I didn't have to follow up with him about houses, showings, pending offers, anything! He was always on top of everything, extremely communicative and easy to reach at all times. He coordinated inspections, appointments, the appraisal, and just everything for us so seamlessly. We barely had to lift a finger! Josh achieved an on-time (30 day) closing when the sellers (and my lender actually) were being rather difficult the week of the closing. He is not just about the sale but really wants you to be very happy with your search and purchase. There was never any pressure to buy something even though it took me three years to find the right place. He is always available to show properties. Even if it’s the last minute he will find time for you. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market. He is an excellent problem solver. Everything from movers to wire transfers to riding an elevator up and down several times to judge the noise level was not too much to ask of Josh. I am so very grateful to have worked with him. I have worked with many realtors in many different states and have never worked with one as amazing as Josh. He was always available to help and was always prepared with answers for any questions we had. He would get us in to see houses as soon as possible when we were in town and we were able to move quickly. When it came time to making the deal on the house he was constantly on top of things and was always available if we had questions.
