I worked with someone on josh’s team and they were ok. We got great advice on the bid but I wish I’d been advised to demand light fixtures stay.

Josh has to be the best real estate agent in the Philadelphia Metro area. This was my second home purchase and Josh made the experience seamless and easy. I'm a very detail oriented individual and Josh made himself always available to answer all the minute detailed questions that I threw at him. Agent industry is full of pretenders b/c of low barriers to entry. RE deals are highly emotional for both sides, neither will be completely satisfied. Josh is unique in that he adds real value. To me what set Josh apart is his skills in managing a stressful process and expectations from both sides that few people in any industry possess. My deal was relatively small but I believe Josh put equal effort and dedication into mine as he would with a deal 5x bigger. Be objective in your agent search, good luck on your RE transaction. You would be lucky to have an agent like Josh.
