He listened to my needs and desires and didn’t judge me on anything! Josh sent me reports daily with new or changed listings and reached out to reassure me when it had been a few months of not finding anything I loved and sure enough I did find my dream home and couldn’t have done it without Josh. He had a lawyer I could use and helped with all my first time home buyer questions. He also had an inspector to go through the house before closing. Highly recommend!!
