Josie made the otherwise very stressful process of home buying feel manageable and fun. Her incredible negotiation skills helped us to close on a house that we'd thought would certainly accept the other offer. She is friendly, professional, accommodating, supportive, genuine, honest, and knowledgeable. We never felt that she was trying to push us to buy. Instead, she would provide detailed observations on the house, both good and bad, to help us make our own (better educated, thanks to her) choice. From the first showing to closing day and beyond, Josie was incredibly helpful the whole way through. Anyone would be lucky to have her on their side. Thank you for everything Josie!
