I am a Realtor with EXIT Real Estate North, in Spokane, Washington. I have been working in the Customer Service Industry since 1990, and investing in Real Estate since 1998.
I specialize in helping my clients to see the potential in properties, and to choose a home that will best suit their needs. I am always happy to help by clients set up their home to show off it's best qualities. I have many contacts in lending, home improvement, and inspections that can make the home buying/selling process as easy as possible. I love showing houses!

I know the challenges of relocation, as I have personally moved across the country twice. I am fully digitized, so I can work with you no matter your location.
In my spare time, I enjoy camping, boating, and home improvement projects. I also volunteer my time and skills to the Spokane Ballet Ensemble as their Marketing Director, Vice President, and costume designer. This group performs feature ballets at local elementary schools and really engages the children to learn more about the Art, Dance, and Sport that is Ballet.
I am lucky to work in an office that offers in depth training, ongoing mentoring, and full support to make your real estate transactions as smooth as possible.

She spends a lot of time helping you and making sure things get done. Most of the time it is on her own time. She is a very dedicated person. We asked Jo to sell a vacant lot that we did not get a chance to build prior to moving out of state. She is highly professional and responds our emails very quickly. Throughout the process she frequently updates the online traffic stats to us. She is knowledgable and provides valuable advice, but does not push us to make decisions. We received the offer while she was on vacation overseas. She kept working during her vacation, just as responsive as if she was in office. The sale process went smoothly. Overall, we really enjoyed working with her. Highly recommend.
