This is my second time working with Juan. The first time as a buyer and this time around as the seller. My experience working with Juan the first time around was great that I wanted to work with him again! He’s not pushy and very easy to talk to. He was very communicative with updates, was open to answering any questions I had and explaining to me topics I didn’t fully understand. He took the time to explain things to me. I did not ever feel rushed to sign documents because he understood I like to read the documents fully before signing, obviously I didn’t milk it either cause I knew there was also deadlines to meet. If the opportunity ever arises that I’ll be in the market again I will definitely reach out to Juan for his services.

Juan Zarate and Michael Gracia are extremely professional and knowledge. As an attorney that works with A LOT of real estate agents, I am glad that I chose them to represent them in my purchase. I was very happy that they were able to negotiate a good purchase price, as we closed escrow at a price UNDER the appraised value. Moreover, they were able to obtain a credit for me for some repairs given that the seller and listing agent both withheld information. My realtors have very good eyes and were able to see items that needed repair. Given that I am super busy, I do not have time to be bothered with insignificant issues, but entrusting the transaction in the hands of this duo, was the best decision ever because I did not have to worry about a thing.
