She gave us valuable information and insight about the areas that we were interested in. She helped tremendously getting all of the required things set up quickly, like the Home Inspection and the Pest Inspection and the Title Company for the Closing, etc. She also helped tremendously to get some items, found on the Inspection, to be repaired quickly and was a great help during the negotiation phase!! Judith was instrumental in helping us to get the house that we wanted and for a fair and reasonable price. She is a kind and caring and smart Real Estate Agent and we are Very Happy that we got to work with her!!!
