Very thorough yet realistic advocate when we were interested in certain neighborhoods or certain homes. Has a huge list of recommended specialists (i.e., inspectors, tradespeople, survey, historic district contacts, etc.) making it easy to check all of the boxes once an offer was made and we were in due diligence. Would highly recommend to prospective buyers.
Selling a house is a daunting task, especially when you lived in that house for 30+ years. Jules led me through the process step by step. During her first visit to my house, she educated me about staging and preparing the house to be sold, showings, the current state of the market and provided an overview of what to expect when the house sold. Throughout the time the house was on the market, Jules provided regular updates and was readily available when I had questions. I am thrilled with the outcome of my house selling experience. Without any hesitation, I will use Jules King for my future real estate needs and can give her my wholehearted recommendation.
