Just before working with Julia Savage, I had ended a relationship with another non-Redfin realtor. During our first phone conversation, I asked Julia "What would happen if I wanted to move onto another realtor?" She replied, "Redfin would assign you someone else. But I've never been fired." It didn't take me long to understand why not. Choosing to work with Julia was one of the best decisions I made during the home buying process. As a first-time homeowner, I learned so much from each interaction with Julia. She made sure to explain everything in detail, laid out all my options for how to proceed and ensured my best interests were highlighted in every moment. Julia fought hard for me; she knew when to push, when to pivot, and when to accept the best offer. She was communicative throughout the entire process. When deals fell through due to things we couldn't control, she encouraged me to keep going. It was an honor and a pleasure to work with Julia. I truly would not be in my home without her.
