Julia was so helpful in working through the process of listing and selling our home. Because of her advise we were able to accept an offer on the first day our listing went live. She was available at any time that we had questions. And she was able to ease our minds when we had concerns. We would recommend her to anyone either buying or selling a home.

Just before working with Julia Savage, I had ended a relationship with another non-Redfin realtor. During our first phone conversation, I asked Julia "What would happen if I wanted to move onto another realtor?" She replied, "Redfin would assign you someone else. But I've never been fired." It didn't take me long to understand why not. Choosing to work with Julia was one of the best decisions I made during the home buying process. As a first-time homeowner, I learned so much from each interaction with Julia. She made sure to explain everything in detail, laid out all my options for how to proceed and ensured my best interests were highlighted in every moment. Julia fought hard for me; she knew when to push, when to pivot, and when to accept the best offer. She was communicative throughout the entire process. When deals fell through due to things we couldn't control, she encouraged me to keep going. It was an honor and a pleasure to work with Julia. I truly would not be in my home without her.

Julia was FANTASTIC! A+++ She went above and beyond our needs and fought hard for us on many levels. She works day and night, every single day of the week to get you the outstanding results that you deserve. She is extremely knowledgeable on many levels, is genuine, kind, and effective. Most importantly she cares and is working for your best interest. I felt blessed to have her as my agent. I couldn't recommend her more. We are now in our dream home, and it was all thanks to her. I have told all my friends and family about Julia Savage and Redfin.
