I would highly recommend Julian. He helped my wife and I buy our first house. He's extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, and honest. He patiently worked with us for 6 months to find the house that we wanted. When we found one we liked, he delivered and closed the deal. Honestly, you won't find a better real estate agent.
