Julian helped me sell my house. He kept me up to date on everything in terms of who was interested in purchasing the house, walking me through the process, and was always available to answer any questions I had. He made the process feel a lot less overwhelming than it should have been and stayed on top of everything that I would have missed had I not used him. He was a professional through and through.

Working with Julian Mendez was one of the best decisions I made during my home-buying process. From the start, he treated this like it actually mattered, not like just another deal. I saw a lot of houses like a lot a lot and went back and forth more than once, and Julian was patient through all of it. He never rushed me, never pushed me, and always made sure I understood what I was looking at and what my options really were. There were definitely late nights where questions would hit me out of nowhere and I’d call or text Julian, fully expecting to hear back the next day. Instead, he’d respond and actually take the time to give a real answer that made sense and helped calm the stress. That meant a lot to me. He stayed on top of everything, caught details I would’ve missed, and made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming. Julian genuinely had my back, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I’d recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
