We sold teo properties with Julie/Redfin. She exceeded expectations in every aspect of the process. Very easy to work with and a great communicator. And she's a bulldog negotiator. 10/10 experience. Not sure why everyone doesn't use Redfin vs the traditional model as it's a superior product at a reasonable cost. I think people are so used to the old traditional real estate model, and paying ridiculous commissions for a mediocre product, they think it's how it's supposed to be done. If you fall for traditional broker sales pitches, you're an idiot. I'd rather have a team of people working for me... and Julie managed the Redfin team in a way that get's results.

Julie was great. She gave me her honest opinion and didn't sugar coat things. She gave me advice along the way and support during the stressful times of selling in this market. I felt I was in good hands, from the first showing, to negotiating multiple offers, to closing. She knows her stuff and her experience shows. In my opinion, most realtors are more like car salesman, especially the full commission firms, they tell you what you want to hear, so they can justify their high commission, they don't tell you the truth, like a real friend would. She tells you what you need to here in order to get results.

Julie was very helpful during the entire process of selling our home. From our first meeting to the recording, she answered all of our questions quickly and provided great guidance on what could increase the list price of our home sale. Our biggest concern was that we had moved our of our home and were a few hours away. We recommend working with Julie! She had a tough job over the course of our home sale. First, she stepped in to take over our sale from another agent we were working with. The sale was unusual in that it was off-market with a very long closing period. Julie provided a seamless transition for us despite the unusual sale and taking over for someone else. Next, our sale fell through when the buyers backed out. We were crushed at that point - we were under contract to purchase a new home that was perfect for our needs, move-in ready, and fairly priced. I'd give Julie a 15 star rating if I could! Julie really did it all for us! The house buying business is personal and stressful and she made it a wonderful experience. She asked for our wish list up front and then helped us stick with it. In the end we got exactly what we wanted. Reasons for any demerit would be that we once found the lockbox open with the keys exposed...and prospective homeowners viewing the home at one point said they had no way to view the garage but we had given Redfin garage keys. We had a ton of interest and traffic in our West Seattle starter house. I think Julie did a great job of helping us set the price and marketing our house. I think she did a particularly great job in writing the description of our 750 sf house. I also feel like she did a great job of communicating with interested buying agents.

Julie was more than excellent. I called her on a Sunday with (late-breaking) news that we wanted to sell our condo, and she was on it that night! We had pictures taken two days later on Tuesday and she listed it Wed. She even helped me with the deep cleaning since my schedule was very hectic during that short turn-around. I could have not done it with out here.
We had 8 offers! Her strategy and advice paid off.
