Julie is a true professional. The way she gives advice, not pushy, calling us on our unrealistic expectations, while guiding us in a crazy competitive market, being a guide and a supporter at once - and negotiating on our behalf. She is so skilled at the story part of the sale. She takes notes when we say something to her and then includes all that when she talks to the other agent.
