Congratulations on taking a first step towards home ownership! I have spent the last 17 years helping buyers find their perfect home and sellers sell their home in order to move on to the next chapter in their lives. Julie is an amazing agent. I highly recommend her to help you sell your home. One of the things I faced was to take the house in its present state and bring it to a state that would attract perspective buyers. Using Julie's suggestions we generated a list of tasks that needed to be done. Some of the tasks I could do but others I felt I needed professional help. For these tasks she provided a list of vendors that I could interview to determine which we felt would do the best job at a reasonable price. I was completely satisfied with the results.
