I was surprised to see this survey in my inbox. I didn't know that Redfin was sending out surveys on their agents! I'm not sure how I feel about it, because I'm a University professor, and my students have the opportunity to fill out surveys on me. Which of course allows those who are angry about their own mistakes to transfer their anger to me, if they are unable to face their own choices. Jumana is working hard! To be honest, I have worked with several real estate agents over the years (I'm 63), and they all work hard. I'm convinced that Jumana will become one of the long-term and successful agents.
