Justin is an exceptional agent. He guided us through the search for the perfect home and made it possible to get under contract in a crazy market. He then was invaluable in supporting us through all the drama of working with lenders, inspectors, double appraisers, sellers, keeping the deal alive and us fairly sane. If not for his long hours, prompt communication, experience and calm we would not be able to close. He also set with me through a 3 hour closing and worked with the attorney and the lender to correct the last set of mistakes while keeping me composed and the mood in the room light. He checked in with us even after closing to make sure that we were able to settle in and connect to all utilities. I have known Justin for decades and, over that time, he has earned a reputation that he is caring, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. As I considered selling my former primary residence turned rental property, Justin spent time with me discussing the market and the best method and time to display the property even though I was not sure I would be selling it. When the market had an upturn in 2020 and 2021, he revised our strategy and made it work for us. Justin proved again that he communicates well and honestly. He set our expectations reasonably and the most difficult parts of the process were handled by him. There were even a few cases of him going above and beyond when it was not required of him. Justin goes above and beyond and really makes sure that you buy the house that you WANT and never pushes you in any direction to just get a sale.
