Those who have moved to a house a few times and have purchased and sold more than one property appreciate the unique quality of each and every transaction. My goal is to make the process as efficient, enjoyable and rewarding as I can for my clients by seeking to understand what is important to them and applying my knowledge and experience to their situation. Communication is key; my cell phone is always on, and I encourage my buyers and sellers to call me whenever they need me to answer questions. I insist on the same from the inspectors, lenders and closing attorneys that I recommend along the way.
