Lee is extremely professional, has decades of experience as well as knowledge, and is a skilled negotiator. Lee sold my home in a challenging market. He listed it for a price that sold in 10 days and at a fair price. He also represented me on the purchase of my new home. The amount of research he did to arrive at an offer amount was incredibly thorough. He’s not just some agent doing this as a hobby like so many agents out there. He spent a lot of time with me for both transactions and was there for every step of the way. I’ve already shared his name with others who I know will be in the market soon.
