I have already recommended Lee to everyone in our new neighborhood. I have also already recommended him to my family members thinking of relocating to Asheville. What a meticulous professional! Lee’s nearly 40 years of experience means he also knows how to connect with absolutely anyone. (That level of experience will also come in handy for more complex real estate needs.) His availability is wonderful, and his responsiveness receives top marks as well. Lee is also a very, very patient person and understands you are trying to figure out what you want as you take him to the umpteenth house. You will never feel like a burden in his capable hands. He is also so experienced that he can tell what a buyer may not understand or know about the home buying process. This way, you stay informed and oriented about every step of the way. My spouse and I had very high expectations, and he definitely exceeded those. If I could rate him higher than a 10, I would.
