Our experience was great! First, she was always available by phone, text, email, and zoom to answer questions and offer advice. This was very helpful, as we had recently moved from Texas to Washington State and didn't know a lot about the area. Kaley is very familiar with the Seattle /Tacoma and surrounding areas, so a prospective homebuyer is getting more than just a great realtor, you are getting a resource. Secondly, she had great follow-through and checked in with us throughout the process. We found our new home in the evening one day in late December 2021 and were under contract by the time we arrived at the house we were renting that same day. This is a testament to Kaley's work ethic, her desire to help her client and be aggressive in a competitive market. Due to our experience, I added Kaley to our list of recommended realtors at my job, so when we hire new people from out of state, we can offer them a list that includes Kaley, who can help them with their homebuying needs.
