Mark Young worked with me to help my buy a house. It was my first time buying a house and I came into the process in equal parts uninformed and misinformed. I was also relocating from out of state (out of country), so the process was somewhat limited to emails and online communications in between three or four on-site visits over a period of six months. Mark was very gracious in accommodating my preferences and was excellent in educating me about the necessary processes. He helped guide me around, over, and through various hurdles and I believe prevented me from making bad decisions during the search for a house. He presented options that I had disregarded as non-optimal and he was able to enlighten me in regards to some of the benefits of those options. I didn't ultimately go with those options, but the level of trust I had in his professionalism was enough to get me to consider things I had previously declined to consider; I did not feel that he was trying to pressure me or that he would allow me to hastily make a decision against my own interests. Mark was always available. He provided information up front and was quick to provide additional information and/or clarification quickly. Mark also had professional contacts for the provision of services outside his domain. In each case, this contacts performed excellently with very-appreciated outcomes.
