As first time homebuyers, we had no knowledge of the home buying process and Kameran always took the time to explain everything thoroughly no matter how many questions we had or how many times we needed something explained (it was a lot of times lol). Kameran genuinely had our best interests in mind. We originally planned to buy a home a couple of years ago, but ultimately decided we weren't ready. At no point did he ever pressure us into making a purchase just to close a deal. Instead, he respected our decision, stayed in touch, and was there for us when the timing was finally right. When looking at different properties he was always honest about the pros and cons of each home and often pointed out potential issues that we would have completely overlooked. Even after closing, he has continued to check in on us and has shared recommendations for companies offering great deals on different services. He always kept things real and made us laugh during what can be a stressful process. We never once felt like just another transaction. 7:11am to 2:24pm I was ghosted on my buyers closing day scheduled at 10am.we signed previous day. I never knew if closing even happened, I finally called closing company to find out. No text or phone call was replied to on my buyers closing day 7am to 2:30pm. At 2:24pm I hit text closing done. Nothing about my multiple texts that day. Nothing about my phone call on closing day until the day after closing via text. No response ever on Qualia app the closing company used I sent a message to also looking for answers. Disappointed is understatement. M-I-A. didn’t seem like others in loop during whole selling process- sign in yard initialy came late after I had to ask. Pending sign never put on sign in yard. Photographer left garage door unlocked, and front door box key inside with code clearly not scrambled. Interview and day after we signed closing paperwork only time I’m sure Karman there because I was there with him. When running late for our closing paperwork I didn’t tell him don’t bother coming if youre running behind as I’m not waiting for you. I saw him at my house after we signed. Overall nice guy, if want for nice photos, exposure on mls I don’t need any realtor to stay on top of things. I do a much better job myself, like this one too.

Kamran was very responsive and always available for questions and concerns that I had. He was very knowledgeable about the sales contracts and always gave me advice that helped my decision making process. His strategy for selling my property was so effective that I sold my property quickly minimizing the potential loss. I highly recommend Kamran if you’re looking for a friendly realtor who has best interest in your benefits.

Kamran provides us excellent service when we purchased the house. His responses were always prompt and his advice were very objective and candid. We are not the first home buyer but still encountered some unfamiliar situations, Kamran truly went above and beyond as an agent to help us during this grueling process as most of buyers will experience.
