Kappie was an absolute pleasure to work with while selling my home. She’s extremely knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and truly helped us in every possible way from start to finish. She kept us informed at every step so we always knew what was happening and what to expect. When we needed to fix a few things before listing, she was proactive and actively helped us find the right contractor, which made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. Kappie is not only a great Realtor, but a genuinely great human being. Highly recommend!

I was undecided if I wanted to sell my house and I contacted her to give me some information, and she did give me a list of potential options. It took me a month or two to make some improvements and she would contact me once in a while to check on me but I never felt any pressure, then we put on the market and the house got sold. After that it was the same kinda process for me when I wanted to buy a new house, she always stayed in contact and once I was ready to buy she was always ready to help. Overall I am grateful because she helped me sell and buy in the same year, I always felt informed and any questions I would have she answered.

Initially Kappie seemed experienced, articulate and well informed. Over time her communications became disjointed and unclear. At important points in our transaction she was unavailable and when we would talk she seemed confused about where we were on the timeline. We also didn't feel confident she was representing our best interests to the other agents. In the end we did close on the purchase and sale which should mean 1% commission with Redfin. We moved forward based on this. However, she was surprised when we found out there was a minimum commision which would be significantly higher than we expected. She was nice and responsive however we felt that she was a little too persistent when I advised her I wanted to hold off on purchasing as we were going through a difficult family situation. In addition she was late to a showing and also 30 mins late to meet us when we were picking up the keys to our new home. She didn't communicate that she would be late until I texted her. Since purchasing our home she has not responded to an inquiry either.

I appreciate how responsive Kappie was as we determined the plan for selling my property. Because I live out of state relative to my property, I needed an agent that was able to identify potential obstacles for a successful sale and develop the strategy and solutions. Kappie was personable, but seemed to be more concerned about prospective and former clients than how she was serving my listing. It wasn’t a good fit.

Kappie is so compassionate about her work, found that out after couple long conversations. She can talk real estate as long you can tolerate and never stop learning about it. Always on time, quick respond, very professional and never pressure. If you are looking for an agent to place your trust, treat you with respect (tell you the truth not what you want to hear) highly recommend Kappie. Her network is amazing, she has such a great team behind her and utilizing very well for the benefits of her clients. I found Kappie interesting, we became friends.
