We were not given information in a timely manner. We only saw the agent once during our entire process and was not explained any negotiations and were in total shock during closing. She sent my wife a derogatory message in regards to our home that was not meant to be seen by us. When we reached out to her manager the matter never went anywhere nor was reported. Horrible experience all around with this agent and location. We are just happy it is all over.

Karen worked with my daughter, son-in-law and I to find a home for us. She went with the information my daughter had given her and found a home she thought we would like. We live out of state, so she arranged to do a walkthrough video for us. We liked it enough that we made a trip to see it, but unfortunately, it wasn't going to work. We were only in town 2 days and Karen called us that night to say she thought she found a house that we would like, and we saw it the next morning. It was THE ONE! What a blessing we were able to find it during the 2 days we were there. She worked well with us for all the documents we were able to sign remotely, was always responsive to emails and texts, and very helpful all the way around!

We lived 100 miles from where we moved to so looking at homes took some creative planning. Whenever we asked Karen if she could set up numerous showings in one day, she had everything in place in no time.
