Unfortunately, did not have a good experience with Karen. She did absolutely nothing to facilitate the sale of our home. She only followed up after showings because I asked her to. Absolutely a bad experience all around. I will never use RedFin again!

Iām sorry Provedentia feels this way, we received several offers on her home and she refused to negotiate. The first offer was a very good offer and Provi would not even counter. She then reached out to me to try and get the buyers back but they were so upset they no longer wanted the home. I have the text and emails from the buyers agent to prove this. Same with the other offers they received. I tried to advise them that if the home was not selling they should reduce the list price, they would not consider that either. It was apparent to me, they were not realistic about selling. They also did not want anyone but me to do open houses and unfortunately the days and time she wanted me to conduct them, my husband was having surgery and I could not.
I wish her and her husband much luck in the future, I do believe if they listen to the guidance their qualified real estate agent, someone who knows the market, and understand that negotiation is key when an offer is made ( especially if the home is not selling for a period of time in this market) they will have success.5.0
