Sad to say what should have been a very happiest exciting moment in our lives was quite the opposite, nothing went smooth and the realtor Karen wanted to pass blame on us😡. After a long painful closure we finally got to the walk thru, which we thought was not normal, then two days later were provided two keys one for the normal lock and one for the dead bolt, then when we left the house we hand locked the normal lock and used a key for the deadbolt this typically is normal when leaving a home. Next day we go back as we had a scheduled Gas Co appointment as well as movers coming , we we’re completely locked out because the realtor gave us a key that wouldn’t unlock the bottom lock , and to date still dont have one. We sat five hours in a very hot garage waiting for emergency locksmith... Show More

Karen did not work hard to take care of buyer's interest. For example, During the final wolk through (one day before closing), she knew the seller did not clean the house and did not hire pest control. She did not take any actions to request seller agent to do their responsibility. Instead, she tell us there are other buyers waiting to buy this property. You can back out the deal if you insist to have the cleaning and pest control. How can we back out the deal after already paying $140,000+ downpayment and all the loan documens approved. We are very dispointed at Karen's service.

Karen also negotiated an extra $5000 dollars of incentive money from the builder, we wouldn’t have been able to buy the home without this.
