My husband and I would highly recommend Karen as your real estate agent. Karen went above and beyond for us during the search for our new home. We are first time home buyers and had no idea how tough this market is. Karen is very patient and knowledgeable and it was clear that she wanted what was best for us. Unlike some real estate agents Karen didn’t try to force anything on us and respected our decisions every step of the way. Karen even referred one of the best lenders to us after we ran into some difficulties with a different lender. We couldn’t thank Karen enough for all that she has done for us and we wish her the best.

I have and will continue to send people I know and care about to Ms. Perry for aid in finding a home and or selling their homes. she was pleasantly professional, accessible and eager to serve, without being aggressive in nature very important ! She is and shall be an asset to any organization she teams with. While with her or talking over the phone with her she made you feel you and your business, was the most important aspect of her day and efforts!
