Karl was extremely enthusiastic, knowledgeable, available, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. I trusted that I could lean on him during the many times of stress and he navigated all situations admirably. He wasn’t afraid to admit when questions were out of his scope of expertise, but then he would follow up with the appropriate team and personnel for informed answers. He even worked during a few weeks of illness and got it done! I am forever grateful for Karl being the person who got me through the process of buying my first home. Karl is wonderful to work with and I cannot recommend him enough.
