Kate has been with us from the very beginning. She was our realtor when we moved at the beginning of the pandemic and went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we wanted, she did all of our home tours virtually, and answered all our questions about Colorado living since we were moving from Louisiana. She helped find our perfect home and then sale that home as we were getting ready for our next duty station. But little did we know we would be staying here due to cancelled orders. Kate was amazing with the sale of our home! She had excellent contacts for anything we needed done on the house and the listing was professional and eye-catching. She goes the extra mile to draw buyers in. Her knowledge, advice, and experience with the market and contracts was perfect. We sold for well over our asking price even though the market was weird at the time. Kate was friendly and always available to answer our questions. I HIGHLY recommend working with Kate! She’s been the best realtor we’ve ever worked with; and we are military so we have worked with a lot!

I met Joanna Shukert through her business Facebook page and I'm so happy I did. We moved from AZ to Colorado and Joanna took away so much of the stress of trying to find a long home distance and in this crazy market. She was always extremely responsive, reliable, knowledgeable and very kind. She also found a Realtor for us in AZ that helped sell our home there and he was equally amazing. Not only did we find our Realtor but also our first Colorado friend.

Joanna helped me through the process of purchasing my first condo and made the process very smooth! She answered any questions I had and made sure I was fully informed in all areas as I was a first time home buyer.
