Kate was so helpful to me for both the purchase of my new home and sale of my home. She went above and beyond to help coordinate things, both places were located far away from where I was living at each stage in the process, as well as where she lives. She was willing to drive distances to pick things up or help take things away, told me not to worry about anything. Was great at negotiating a lower price for the home I purchased as well as a better offer for the sale of my condo. The purchase and sale of both places went so smoothly. I think this was also due to Redfin, where everything was so well-orchestrated. The whole process was so easy and problem free.

My experience working the Kate was top notch. I could not complain, even If I wanted to. Her work ethic and ability to follow up with EVERYTHING and ANYTHING I needed in regards to this real estate process was impeccable. Turn around times for everything was VERY fast. Working along side her and I did not feel any pressure. I really felt taken care of as a client the entire time and I could get a strong feeling that Kate loves what she does and helping people. When I say I felt no pressure, I mean it. My last real estate agent, I did not feel much of a connection with. Additionally, and perhaps more importantly, there was not much trust and transparency that I felt. Kate's professional attitude and her excellent interpersonal skills were instrumental in my prolonged, (almost one year long) quest on purchase of multi-family income property in Kitsap county. Once the target property had been found, she had shown her excellent negotiations and process skills needed to achieve the acceptable price for both parties and closed the deal in a fast, timeframe required for my 1031 exchange.
