Kate helped us buy our house in 2024. She was absolutely amazing. It was not a buyer's market and houses were selling in 3 days or less. Kate was working hard and moving fast to get us in quickly so we could make our offer on each house we looked at. She seemed tireless and was totally committed to helping us find our dream house. Her perseverance paid off and we are now in a wonderful new home. I am so grateful we found Kate. Not sure how we got so lucky.
