Kate is a beyond a rare agent that goes out of her way to represent "you" as the buyer, to help you with your needs an expectations to make you feel Welcome in a place. I was honestly shocked when she said to me at a showing: "I don't think this is for you.". What? OK? I Agree? She tries to understand you. And seriously works with you. She answers your questions so quickly, that I personally can't respond because I am working.
